Content Marketing
Content marketing is not about publishing more. It is about publishing what earns rankings and builds trust with the specific audience your business needs to reach. We run content programs grounded in search intent research, topical gap analysis, and conversion path design — so that each piece of content has a defined purpose and a measurable role in the funnel.
Capabilities
What content marketing includes
Plan before publishing
Content Strategy Development
A content strategy document that maps target keyword clusters to content types, defines the topical authority domain we are building within, sequences the publication order, and ties each piece to a stage in the buyer journey. Publishing without a strategy produces volume without coherence.
Written to rank
SEO Content Production
Long-form content written to match the search intent of a specific keyword: comprehensive, well-structured, internally linked, and formatted for both human readers and search engine indexing. We write content that is genuinely useful and not padded for length.
Authority at scale
Pillar Pages and Topic Clusters
A topical authority structure built around pillar pages that cover broad topic areas and cluster pages that cover specific subtopics, with internal linking connecting the cluster. This structure signals to search engines that your site is a comprehensive resource on the subject.
Consistent publication
Blog Program Management
Managing the monthly content calendar, brief development, editorial review, and publication process for an ongoing blog program. Consistent publication — with each piece serving a defined search purpose — compounds into topical authority over time.
Improve before adding
Existing Content Optimization
Auditing existing content for ranking gaps, outdated information, thin coverage, and missing internal links, then improving the highest-potential pages before publishing new ones. Optimizing existing content is often faster and more effective than starting from scratch.
Authority content
Technical Guides and Thought Leadership
Long-form technical content that demonstrates subject matter expertise and earns links from other industry sources. For technical businesses, demonstrating genuine competence through published content is both a ranking strategy and a sales enablement tool.
Our approach
Intent before keywords
A keyword is a proxy for what the searcher is trying to accomplish. 'Best project management software' and 'how to manage a software project' are both relevant to project management but represent entirely different content needs and conversion distances. We map search intent before targeting keywords, because the intent determines the content format, depth, and conversion strategy.
Quality over publishing cadence
Publishing three shallow articles per month produces less SEO value than publishing one comprehensive article per month. Search engines have become significantly better at identifying thin content. We calibrate publication frequency to what the team can produce at sufficient depth, rather than hitting an arbitrary volume target.
Internal linking is structural work
The links between content pages on your site are signals that tell search engines which pages are related and which ones are most important. A blog post with no internal links to related content is an island. We build the internal linking structure as part of every content piece, not as an afterthought.
Content performance is measurable
Every piece of content we publish is tracked in Search Console for ranking position, click-through rate, and impressions over time. We review content performance quarterly and update pages that are ranking on page two or declining in impressions, because content maintenance is part of the work.
All engineering work is done by US-based engineers. We do not offshore any development or architecture work.
